Good technique is the beginning. Great teaching is the next step.

There's more to being a successful trainer than having good technique yourself. This goal of this certification is to improve your own kettlebells skills - no doubt. But it's equally focused on learning multiple techniques that work for an assortment of body types and having a range of teaching cues you can use in any situation. It's about asking questions and challenging norms. It's about understanding the benefits and risks of an exercise, a method, or a technique, rather than simply repeating what you've heard other people say or do. We've taught thousands of people to safely and effectively use kettlebells, built a thriving gym and a #1 kettlebell club in the world. We're here to share every great method and hard lesson we learned along the way to help you do the same... but way faster! Join the PKTP and get started today.
