What you will learn

This is one week dedicated to mastering the six foundational skills of the Pro Kettlebell Method: the kettlebell pendulum swing, rack position, swing clean, presses & alignment, snatch, and jerk.

Master these six foundational skills and the principles behind them, and you'll be able to evaluate any kettlebell exercise that comes your way and understand how best to approach it.

No previous Pro Kettlebell certification is required. The free Kickstarter is a recommended introduction. Earn Level 1 Core-6 before Level 2 Fitness Trainer Certification can be awarded.

The Pro Kettlebell Method:
Training for Strength That Lasts

There are a lot of ways to train with kettlebells.
We focus on using them as your primary tool to build strength that lasts.

Not pure aesthetics—performance.

Training that works fast, feels good, and holds up—
without tearing up your hands, overloading your back, or risking injury.

.

This is how we put it to work:

The Pro Kettlebell Principles

Strength Through Volume
More Reps. Less Weight.

The Pro Kettlebell Principles

Counterbalance
Shift Your Weight to Counter the Bell

The Pro Kettlebell Principles

Risk vs. Reward First

We did this for you in "The Ultimate Kettlebell Exercise Library"

The Pro Kettlebell Principles

Match  Breath to Movement
 Compress → Exhale
 Expand → Inhale

The Pro Kettlebell Principles

Avoid the Tension Trap
Load→ Explode.
